Marcia began her real estate career in 2003 in St. Louis with Coldwell Banker Gundaker specializing in residential, new construction, investment and foreclosure properties.  In 2006, she obtained her Florida license, joined the Boardwalk Realty team and lived in Port St. Joe.  Marcia now resides in Webster Groves, MO and often travels to both areas. She maintains an active Florida and Missouri license.
